TELEHEALTH

Continuity, even when life interrupts.

Continuity, even when life interrupts.

Much of this work is best in person — but life doesn’t always allow face-to-face time: weather, travel, a move, a demanding stretch. In depth work, continuity matters; losing weeks to circumstance costs real ground. Telehealth is how we keep that thread unbroken. It isn’t therapy without presence. The screen doesn’t do the work — we do, and that can travel.

It’s well suited to bridging the times you can’t come in, to medication-management check-ins, and to reaching people in Maine and New York who couldn’t otherwise access this kind of care. Part of the early conversation is deciding together what belongs in the room and what works well remotely.
